Over two years, Mike Martyn, Principal, SISU Consulting Group, has become an integral and valued member of our college’s leadership team. Mike and his team, helped employees from throughout our institution analyze our current situation, expand our vision through action and insight, eliminate resistance to change and helped us build sustainable results through adaptable process models in both our Office of Instruction and Office of Finance and Administrative Services. The “breakthrough results” we realized in these two Offices have now inspired other units within the College to engage Mike and his team in other projects that have been identified because of his earlier work with us.
